WireDate = string | number

A moment in time on the wire. The host’s decoder accepts an ISO 8601 string, or a bare number (epoch seconds, or epoch milliseconds when the number is bigger than 1e12). The SDK’s date helper and builders always emit ISO strings; the validator accepts either form because a webhook or a hand-built payload may not.
